Everyone want to be healthy,because it is by health to longevity.

Source of life in motion.The simplest is running,riding a bike.Whether rich or poor,can do two kinds of movement,can easily do the two movement,but not excessive exercise,it will damage the body.Keep a good attitude,happiness will always stay.

In order to maintain the health,physical exercise is the best way.Mountain climbing,can practice perseverance;rope skipping,can we grow,and actively participate in physical exercise,less illness,did not have to pay a lot of medical expenses.

In PE class,we can run on the playground,basketball,skipping can keep fit.In winter,students still do not fear the cold,keep on running in the playground,even sweat.

Want to be healthy,diet is also important.The food Pyramid wrote:eat a little salt,oil,sugar,milk,milk,eggs and meat;many vegetables,fruit,plenty of whole grains.The balanced nutrition,to maintain good body.

Every day at noon,schools have a delicious meal.The teacher ordered us to eat all that.Although we complain a little,but we all know:the teacher is good for us.We have a"eat like wolves and tigers"out to enjoy the"nutritional lunch".

為了保持健康,體育鍛煉是最好的方法.爬山,可以磨練毅力;跳繩,可以是我們長高~積極參加體育鍛煉,可以少生病,不必支出許多醫(yī)藥費.

在體育課上,我們可以在操場上跑步、打籃球、跳繩~都可以強身健體.在冬天,同學們依然不畏嚴寒,在操場上堅持跑步,甚至都出了汗.

想要健康,飲食也很重要.食物金字塔上寫著:吃一點點鹽、油、糖,一些牛奶,酸奶,雞蛋和肉類;許多蔬菜、水果,大量的五谷雜糧.這樣營養(yǎng)均衡,才能保持好身體.

每天中午,學校都有好吃的飯菜.老師命令我們必須全部吃掉.雖然我們有點抱怨,但我們都知道:老師是為我們好.我們就一個個“狼吞虎咽”享受掉“營養(yǎng)午餐”.

生命是寶貴的,健康就是保持生命的“防御”設(shè)備.要想健康,就從飲食和運動做起!

Nowadays,with the development of technology,many young people stay indoors and play computer all the time.Especially for those who stay up very late or go out to play for fun until midnight,then they wake up at noon the next day.This is the unhealthy lifestyle,and they need to make some changes.

First,having regular break time and enough sleep is the basic way to keep healthy.Some young people hang out for fun after work.They need to release their pressure and have fun with their friends.They go home very late and then next day get up,preparing to work.In the long run,they not only have low efficiency,but also damage their bodies.

Second,keep the balanced diet.Most people are picky about food.They only choose the food they like and lose the balance of nutrition.For most kids,they like to have meat and refuse of the vegetables and fruit.It is not good for the growth of their bodies.

The healthy lifestyle helps people live the harmonious life.Besides having enough sleep and keeping balance diet,taking exercise is also in need.

健康的生活方式

如今,隨著科技的發(fā)展,很多年輕人都喜歡呆在室內(nèi)玩電腦。尤其是那些熬夜到很晚或者出去玩到午夜才回來,然后第二天中午才睡醒。這是不健康的生活方式,他們需要改變。

首先,有規(guī)律的休息和充足的睡眠是保持健康的基本方法。一些年輕人下班后出去找樂子,需要釋放壓力,和朋友們玩得開心。之后回家很晚,第二天又早早起床,準備工作。從長期來看,他們不僅會導(dǎo)致效率低,還傷害了自己的身體。

第二,保持均衡飲食。大多數(shù)人都對食物挑剔,他們只吃喜歡的東西,營養(yǎng)不均衡。對于大多數(shù)孩子來說,他們喜歡吃肉類和蔬菜,不喜歡吃水果。這是不利于他們長身體。

健康的生活方式能讓人們生活和諧。除了擁有足夠的睡眠和保持均衡飲食,鍛煉也是很有必要的。
