in the door和on the door的區(qū)別

in the側(cè)重于表示位于某物的內(nèi)部，比如鑰匙在門上可以用in the door，鑰匙是插在門里面，所以用in。on the側(cè)重于表示位于某物的上面，比如hang sth on the door就是說在門上掛了什么東西。

in the door例句

They put the key in the door and entered.

他們用鑰匙打開門進(jìn)去了。

I looked everywhere for my keys and they were in the door all the time.

我到處找鑰匙，沒想到鑰匙一直插在門上。

in the：in表地點(diǎn)時，指在某一立體空間范圍內(nèi)，in表示在某范圍之內(nèi)，是其中的一部分。

on the：on表地點(diǎn)時，指某物與另一物表面相接觸，或與某地方接壤等，on表示在某范圍之外,兩者之間一般互相連接。
