at in on的用法順口溜

口訣1：

at in on的用法和區(qū)別

第一，介詞in,on,at表示時間時的用法區(qū)別：in時間長，on某一點，at時間短。

1、in時間范圍大（一天以上）如：in Tanuary, in winter, in 1999；泛指在上午，下午，晚上，如：in the morning(afternoon, evening).

2、on指在某一天或某一天的上午，下午，晚上。如：on Monday, on Sunday afternoon, on July 1, 1999

3、at時間最短，一般表示點時間，如at six o’clock, at three thirty。習慣用法：at night, at noon, at this time of year.

第二，介詞in,on,at表示地點時的用法區(qū)別：at強調點，on強調面，in強調在里面。

1、at指具體的地方

用于指較小的地方。如：I shall wait for you at the station.

用于門牌號碼前。如：He lives at 115 Zhongshan Road.

2、on，一般指比較具體的街道，在...上面

如：You may know that President Obama livesonPennsylvania AvenueinWashington, D.C.

3、in指的地方最大，用于指較大的地方

如：He lives in Shanghai.

For the best food, try the restaurantsinChinatown.

雖然是很小的地方，如果說話人住在那里，也可用in。商店、學校、機關等，若看作一個地點（point）用at，若看作一個場所（place）用in。

如：

I met him at the post-office.

I’m now working in the post-office.

第三，介詞in,on,at表示方位時的用法區(qū)別。

1、介系詞in表示的方位是在某事物的內部，占去某物一部分

如：

There is a river in the picture.

The pen is in the pencil case.

What is there in the trunk?

2、介系詞on表示的方位，是在某事物的上面，支撐在表面上，強調接觸

如：

There is a pen on the picture. 鋼筆在圖畫上面，是真的，是可以拿來寫字畫畫的，不是畫上去的

There are some mosquitoes on the ceiling.

What is there on the menu?

3、介系詞at表示的方位是一個點

如：

at home.

We arrived at our school.

The boy threw the bone at the dog.
