同位語從句與定語從句的區(qū)別

同位語從句與定于從句從形式上來看很相似，大多都是由that來引導(dǎo)，都跟在名詞或代詞后。但兩者在用法和功能上還是有很多區(qū)別的。

和先行詞的關(guān)系不同。對于同位語從句來說，同位語從句說明先行詞的具體內(nèi)容，二者是同位關(guān)系。而定語從句修飾限定先行詞，二者是修飾關(guān)系。

例如：The news that he told me is that Tom would go abroad next year.這個句子中第一個that引導(dǎo)的從句是定語從句，that在從句中作賓語。

The news that Tom would go abroad is told by him.而這個同位語從句中，that在句子中不作任何成分。

定語從句由關(guān)系代詞或是關(guān)系副詞引導(dǎo)，關(guān)系詞在從句中擔(dān)當(dāng)相應(yīng)的句子成分，可以做主語、賓語或表語等，但作賓語時常被省略。同位語從句主要有連詞that引導(dǎo)，在從句中不擔(dān)當(dāng)成分。
