that和why引導(dǎo)的是名詞從句，前者that引導(dǎo)的是同位語從句,that在其中不做任何成分。強調(diào)與先行詞同位或等同的從句叫做同位語從句。后者why引導(dǎo)的是表示原因的原因狀語從句，強調(diào)因某原因所導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果。
