should常譯作“應該”，would常譯作“愿意；會”。should和would都可用于疑問句，表示征詢意見或提建議。但它們比shall和will更委婉。

Would的用法

would最常見的用法是：相對于一個過去時間點的后來“將要”做什么，比如：

He said he would meet me at the station. 他說他會在車站接我的。這句中的 would meet 是相對于said（過去說）之后要做的事情。又如：

She thought she would have to ask someone for help. 她當時想，她得找個人幫忙。
